Service Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee university admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards. These outcomes depend on external authorities and individual applicant profiles.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or services provided by universities, visa offices, testing organizations, or other third parties, even when we facilitate interactions with them.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- • Service fees are detailed in your client agreement
- • Third-party costs must be paid directly by client
- • Late payments may incur additional charges
Refund Conditions
- • Refunds are subject to the terms of your agreement
- • Third-party fees are generally non-refundable
- • No refunds after application submission
Dispute Resolution
Internal Resolution and Mediation
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek a resolution through direct communication and mediation before pursuing legal action.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Termination of Services
Termination by Company
We may terminate services if a client provides false information, fails to meet payment obligations, or otherwise violates these terms.
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to the terms and refund conditions outlined in their service agreement.
